Processing of customer data

We enter into various contracts (for example, contracts with suppliers, system partners, service companies, repair operations) to serve your commercial purpose. Which data categories are used

In particular, the processed categories of personal data include your contact details (company name, address, first and last name of a contact person, (mobile) telephone number, e-mail address of the responsible contact person) as well as, depending on the purpose, the bank details and any value added tax ID number. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the context of the respective contractual relationship you must provide the personal and company-related data necessary for the establishment, execution and termination of the contractual relationship or promise of performance and its respective fulfilment or for the collection of which we are legally obligated.

How long will your data be stored

We will delete your personal data as soon as it is no longer necessary for the above purposes or if you have exercised your right of objection. After termination of the contract your personal data will be stored as long as we are legally obligated to do so. This results regularly due to legal proof and retention obligations, which are regulated among other things in the commercial code and the tax code. Thereafter the storage periods are up to ten years. In addition, personal data may be retained for the period in which claims can be asserted against us (statutory limitation period of three or thirty years).

Of course, you retain control over all personal data that you provide us when visiting the website and using our services. Under current law, we are required to inform you about these. The use and exercise of these rights is free of charge for you.

reserved if we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for processing that outweigh your interests, fundamental
rights and fundamental freedoms, or if the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

You have the right to request a transfer of your data from us to another location.

You have the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data.

Duration of storage

In principle, the data are deleted as soon as the purpose of their collection has been fulfilled. However, it must be specified in each individual case when this is the case for the specific use. If no details can be provided, at least criteria should be mentioned which make it easier for the user to determine the time of deletion.
